Feeling of accomplishment in knowing you are helping people obtain coverage and benefits if they are currently underinsured or have nothing at all.
Cons
Frustration in trying to talk to employers or employees into seeing the benefits and advantages of the products. Dealing with people who say they can't afford it, but would rather spend their money on beer or fast food than something of meaningful value.
