      Pros

      There are many good people who really want to live the "Aflac Dream".

      Cons

      The management is focused on hiring people under them to then take their accounts and let them go, which then allows them to go into the accounts and make more money all for themselves.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
