      Pros

      you have the freedom to control how much you earn and how often you work. There are large bonuses and frequent competitions for cash prizes. You are rewarded for hard work.

      Cons

      There is no guarantee for success. Often people think that if they put in the time then they will see the reward. If you need a consistent pay check right off the bat then this job is not for you.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
