      Pros

      Fortune 500 company! Some good people. Employee association week is nice. Bonus at the end of the year.

      Cons

      Leadership sucks! VERY unorganized, unprofessional, no structure. Everybody does EVERYTHING differently. Promotions are VERY unfair.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
