      Pros

      Great atmosphere surrounded by great individuals on a personal level.

      Cons

      No warm leads as promised, cold calling and knocking. I wish there was more support on how to approach cold door knocking.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
