Pros
Great benefits overall. Great opportunity for ADA training. Teammates are helpful. You can flex your schedule time up to 2 hours in a week.
Cons
The Workload changes throughout the day and its hard or even impossible to take a break, because the task list is not self manageable. All tasks must be completed in 1 day, which could be up to 40 tasks in a day. If a co worker is out, you must cover their work and yours. Leadership doesn’t promote work life balance nor breaks for selfcare. You must submit leave 48 hours in advance or its will be denied. You can only have 5 unplanned pto days a year (40 hours) and it takes 1 year for each occurrence fall off. Its not uncommon to work over your shift (unpaid) to get tasks completed. Alot of auditing, which is micromanaging. Your supervisor is emailed in each audit you receive from the technician lead.
