Please don't be fooled by all of the positive reviews. It's almost funny since everyone I worked with when I was there has since quit or is trying to leave. They are bleeding engineers like crazy and the sales/success teams are some of the most dysfunctional I've ever witnessed. Multiple people started and then left to go back to their old companies a month or two in once they experienced the culture at Affirm.
The culture at Affirm is very negative. Managers don't seem to care about their employees or about fostering a positive atmosphere. There is no such thing as work life balance. Most management has never managed before and it's painfully obvious. Do yourself a favor and pass up this "hot" company for somewhere that is an enjoyable place to work!
