Pros
Competitive pay for corporate teammates
Cons
This company is a masterclass in performative culture. They love to talk about people-first values and career development, but the reality is far from it. Career “paths” are mostly smoke and mirrors, unless you’re an executive, in which case, congratulations, the red carpet is rolled out for you. The majority of promotions and recognition go to those already in positions of power, while frontline employees and support staff are treated as expendable. Leadership loves to send emails and film videos touting how much they care, but when it comes to real investment in people — especially those not in shiny C-suite roles, they disappear. It’s frustrating because there are good people at this company. Hardworking, genuine individuals who want to make a difference. Unfortunately, they’re often overlooked or burned out trying to make up for the incompetence and self-importance of those above them. The greed and phoniness at the top poison what could have been a meaningful place to grow a career. If you’re considering working here, be prepared: the smiles are surface-level, the opportunities are selective and loyalty is a one-way street.
