Poor Hikes Unimaginable favourism form hiring till the day to day life. Egotistical management Adobe is a place for which I can clearly say, all that glitters is not gold. Not much innovation at any level. No say of Indian management or employees. Final call is always given from US. During hiring process, somebody’s relative/friend is picked irrespective of how good the other candidates are (observed multiple times in last 5+ years) People who shout get recognition rather than who actually work. You have to keep smiling and always ready for saying yes to every decision. Managers who literally torture their team members, get promoted and no action is taken again such unethical behaviour even after official complaints (have seen atleast 5 such instances and I know names of such people too)
