-Grossly underpaid compared to every factory job in the area, with a higher skillset needed. -Every year vacations and benefits are cut, we just lost bonuses this year. No benefits in sight. -No ability for upward growth or promotion. -WIll lie to your face saying they are attempting to negotiate raises as they cut your pay and benefits. -Do the same/more work as actual company employees in the area, but Adecco contractors are paid less than half with no benefits. -Incredibly high turnover rate because of the afformentioned qualities, always working with new untrained induviduals because they cannot keep employees.
