Pros

Team is awesome to work with. I enjoy coming into work every day. Flexible hours. Downtown London. Little pressure to produce.

Cons

Company is mostly concerned with keeping costs as low as possible, if that means reducing hours, not providing proper training, etc. Big disconnect between divisions in the branch. Management is complacent on major issues. No money to support social committee & events. High turnover.

Pros

Nice team, good work environnement.

Cons

No annual salary review, employee needs to reach out to try and get a review. Feels taboo. Alot of people seem un-interested doing the job. There does not seem to have alot of opportunity to move inside the company. Big turnover rate so not a lot of stability. Very big workload and stressfull job.

Pros

Reputation. Latitude to try new things. Good atmosphere. Great people to work with. Team spirit really present. Less micromanagement than other recruitment firms.

Cons

Higher Management do not listen. No flexibility. Really low salaries for recruiters. No equity. Favoritism. No salary raises each year.
