      1. Wide variety of jobs available. 2. Many jobs available are temporary-to-permanent. 3. Hired within only weeks. 4. Friendly and helpful staff. 5. Application and onboarding process is easy, smooth and efficient.

      Cons

      The after-hours Customer Service department does not fulfill payroll enquiries--especially in cases where you feel an error was made in your pay deposit. This often results in having to wait as many as 3 days to get an answer, causing increased stress to employees.

      Advice to Management

      Allow after-hours Customer Service to handle payroll enquiries and issues. They should also be given the ability to handle all other requests that do not require the person to come into the local office including (but not limited to) resetting passwords for the online time card and profile websites.
