      Pros

      Culture champs put on monthly events for team spirit. Bringing on an office manager was great.

      Cons

      No real systems in place or training. Unprofessional work environment since day 1. The interview process was long for no reason. High turn around with the workers.

      Terrible Job recruiters and they waste your time with non-important bull just to string you along. Made me take some assessment 4 times to give me an interview just to deny me in the end. Literally a scam company and I should be compensated for the amount of time I have had to put in just to get nothing. The company is scammy as well and pay you nickels and dimes but expect you to be time efficient and reliable.
