Cons
They do not care about their employees AT ALL. They will ignore emails regardless of importance, expect employees to bend over backwards and change expectations for their contracted companies, and will do anything to get their bottom line. They don't vet employees or do proper background checks, leading to issues down the line, and they are incredibly inflexible with their demands- including expecting you to work on your already approved days off if it suits them.
