      Pros

      - good wage - able to say which days you want off with no reason required - lovely staff and colleagues

      Cons

      - travel expenses not covered whereas people with a full time LNER contract had 75% off TFL, free travel on LNER trains, 75% off eurostar, GWR etc. - terrible inconsistent hours
