Regular pay review, relatively good wage & I actually enjoy my job... shame it’s with this company

Senior Leadership Team dismissive of feedback & reviews, Click Travel & Webexpenses are the bane of everyone’s lives, T&S limits are now a joke & not moved in 10 years... unless your in the SLT. Flex benefits system was abysmal this year with SLT showing no concern. A very divisive company to work for where there is no cohesion & the “usual crowd” end up on the annual holiday. There again, Greed is Good
