Adecco has great internal resources for those who are new to staffing. It's a great place to learn a lot about the industry. Branch Managers have P&L oversight and decision making authority for their branches.
Cons
From my experience, branches in remote areas do not receive a lot of support from upper management. The company is in the process of changing KPIs and sales productivity requirements so it's a frantic environment right now. Expectations and new targets change constantly along with management. In a year, I had three different RVPs with three sets of expectations. Rather than get help to meet your targets, you are simply penalized. Very frustrating most days, Also, there is no process in place to get help from management outside of your immediate supervisor. Basically, you are at the mercy of a single individual with no way of sharing concerns with anyone else. It has not been a very rewarding experience.
