      Leadership/management have no direction. Constantly shifting focus, sometimes in the middle of sprints Saw employees get let go during leave On-boarding is a crap shoot Claim to support working well however you work but will use anything against you to get you out the door Any diversity or inclusion effort is performative at best

      Pros

      I love the leadership team here, they're very generous with their time and have a vision I stand behind. I have a lot of runway and trust to do my best work. If you want to work with ambitious people, this is the place for you. If you just want to clock in and out, then this is not an environment you'll thrive in.
