      - Managers really care about the people - Catered lunches twice a week. The office is cozy, equipped with everything you need - Low ego environment, collaborative. People are curious and willing to share their knowledge - The product is good and working here will have a positive impact in your future if you continue to work in tech

      Pros

      I love the leadership team here, they're very generous with their time and have a vision I stand behind. I have a lot of runway and trust to do my best work. If you want to work with ambitious people, this is the place for you. If you just want to clock in and out, then this is not an environment you'll thrive in.
