Pros

Not much I think everything “good” are just basic entitlements that employees should have

Cons

- multitasking for minimum wage, we were expected to do reception jobs, bar, kitchen, dishwashing etc. it’s just too much. - standing throughout the whole shift so you’ll be standing for at least 8 hours straight. Not even when it was not busy at all and the kitchen and bar was already sparking clean you already did all you can. It’s just bleh. - Can’t have comfortable breaks you’ll feel like there are eyes constantly watching you. - employee benefits are meh. A hotel with a restaurant but not even decent food for employees. Once in a while there would be “good” ones like microwaveable curry but soon got snatched up. Most people just have their own food or get a meal deal.
