Pros
It's pretty good in overall service based companies. Some the perks are, - There are no issues in taking leaves. - It's good career starting point in service based companies. - Work hours depend on project, but it's mostly flexible. I can't say for all the projects but only what I have seen.
Cons
Cons are, - Pay is not up to the mark as per the work you'll do. - For freshers, you'll get random stream and you'll project according to that. - For freshers, you cannot change your base location until 2 years of employment.
