Pros
We learn a bit more about the American work culture, and get to communicate & collaborate with professionals from all over the world who are under Accenture. Accenture also gives us access to many internal sites & resources that can be useful to stay compliant and to learn more about security, collaboration, and client facing impact.
Cons
Low salary (especially if you have less than 3 years of experience), everything is blown out of scale, slow processes (one small task may need the involvement of up to 3 people from different teams). Rare promotions and no salary improvement especially in the last three years, a 0% raise is VERY COMMON. Your work will most likely be overlooked and you will not be valued. Inexistant management transparency and communication.
