1. Work culture and WLB is good according to project. 2. WFH and working hours also good depending on the project

1. Less hikes (Almost No hikes for most cases) 2. No promotions even you are handling like 2 level senior peoples 3. Bad Management and Politics 4. Worst in retaining good employees 5. Worst in hiring the relevant employees instead hiring someone with higher packages who doesnt have any specific knowledge in the domain.
