Cons
It's a large company of bright people and it isn't easy to stand out without managing your career to the exclusion of other very important aspects of life. I think senior management is respectful of employees, but fairness if very difficult to achieve with the current performance management structure. Comparable market skills are more highly compensated in the local boutique consulting firms.
