The Accenture brand has become very recognizable in the consulting industry so it will help your resume. The people who work at Accenture come from all over the world so you get to see things from many different perspectives.
Cons
Company is too large and filled with red tape. Hard to navigate the hierarchy. Trying to implement any changes requires level after level of approval. The average salary is lower than the industry average because of their name. The hours can be very long, making it hard to have a balanced life.
