Pros
- Life long friends were made - There was a good pipeline of work but that has dried up.
Cons
- The organisation has secret quotas for management hires which means well qualified individuals miss out on promotion opportunities for Accenture to highlight how great they are hiring females, people of colour and other minorities even though they are not qualified for the work. This has resulted in a talent vacuum which clients are now identifying resulting in a loss of client work over a period of time.
