I was hired onto this role as a content Review Associate dealing primarily with ban appeals, while being told there would be the occasional workload in "disturbing material" review, an hour a day at most. This was the case for a few months, and then the scale started to shift, and it went from 95% ban appeals and 5% content review, to 99% disturbing content, and 1% ban appeals. A counter to this was "free therapy services", but for me, this translated into a scheduled once a month discussion with a counselor. However, over the course of a year I only met with them one time, despite my attempts to schedule.
