Pros
- Pay is livable and has extra pay if you work on weekends much more if you're graveyard shift! (depends on your situation though) - WFH baby! - First timers gets $250.00 for equipment that they need (they provide the computer) just accessories to whatever you need! - New knowledge to learn especially the system - PTO is very generous (I got 5hrs every paycheck) - Workmates are very reliable and helpful (the best team I've ever been!) - Managers are also understanding if you're sick or need some days off.
Cons
- Ever since the lay offs we do double jobs already in the team (no pay increase) - your work schedule is permanent (takes forever if you want to change it, it depends on availability slot) - Lay offs (the surprising part, just a recorded video call that I thought it was live but it was not) - wfh but you can't leave your house to go to different states, outside of the country (maximum of 90 miles from the office)
