Pros

1.no bond, only good for senior positions above senior software developer positions like Solution Architects or managers, that's it

Cons

1. Not great for growth in the initial days for fresh graduates, bad promotion policies for lower career levels 13 to 11, promotions depend on the number of certificates and not the project contributions, and No value creation. 2.Less organization visibility. Your people lead and the talent leads is someone who does not work with u on a daily basis the majority of the time, so there is no representation for you at the promoting table. 3. I suggest taking a look at its competitors as TCS and Infosys. For the initial days their career ladders is more useful with loads of different technologies. 4.Accenture is rigid when u want to work on a certain tech, no flexibility. There are no socials, or trips, u often get stuck. 5.They ask you to complete unnecessary training that are not relevant to the job or tech u are working in. It's like working on one tech and giving exams for completely different technologies. 6. Some things are really messy in the company they need to fix this. 7. Bonuses are announced once but then paid half yearly so that u have feeling of getting bonus every 6 months whereas its cheating and u get stuck for another six months cuz the money is going to come after a long time which was ur reward for the last cycle, and that cycle in which the next bonus was supposed to be paid is taken care of. 8. So think carefully before u dive in. HRs are very rude frankly. Ur project PMO teams are really helpful n good. 9.I had a change of managers over 3 years, so there is no central system to keep track of ur tasks, Hence u again get stuck to convincing new managers to represent ur work. 10. This is really all that goes in the company. I highly suggest if u are a fresh graduate, please consider other options. If u don't have options then only take up this company. 11. The work-life balance is crazy bad in the company. Well that is everywhere, but this is intense here, also there was a case running against this company for white-collar slavery. 12.The company is really good but only for senior-level jobs above career level 10. to summarize - No value for new talent

Pros

Hands down the best company I've worked for. It's fast-paced, but Accenture genuinely empowers its people rather than micromanaging them. The benefits are a real priority — they invest in your physical and mental health, offer a generous amount of PTO, and there are legitimate opportunities for promotion if you put in the work. If you're someone who gets bored easily in a role, this is one of the few places where you can stay with the same company and reinvent your career multiple times. The investment in training and upskilling is heavy and ongoing. And the culture around authenticity is real, not just a poster in the break room — especially in the neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ communities, you're encouraged to bring your whole self to work and be comfortable being you.

Cons

This is not the place for you if you don't like change. Pivoting is constant, and keeping up with the latest industry trends can be uncomfortable at times. The sheer size of the organization means it can be hard to find the information you need, and learning the internal infrastructure takes a while. You'll also run into some negativity from folks during tough stretches — but honestly, if you're coming from a turbulent work history elsewhere, you'll recognize that this is much better than most.

Pros

There are a lot of pros working for Accenutre. They have great career opportunities, a never ending supply of interesting work, competitive compensation, wonderful benefits, great people, wonderful training programs, a tremendous number of brilliant professionals in their fields ready to help, and great core values.

Cons

This is not an opportunity for those that do not want to work. At Accenture everyone has a load of work to do and often times under very tight customer time lines. It is a challenge that I enjoy but many might find it stressful.
