HR will give you lots of promising policies which does not match with profile. They just treat employees like a slave. Every answer ends up with you are getting paid so you have to do anything we want. If they have pressure in new project instead of hiring more people they will push new hired ones to floor without any single training or OJT and will shout if you take more than 10mins in any task. Evey level of management is rude and abusive. According to them employee should never have any concern or problem with anything as they are getting paid. Stretching work hour is a common thing here. People has normalised 16-18 work hours without getting paid for extra hours as they won't keep any record of that extra hours. If you refuse you'll end up fighting with your TL's which is not possible everyday. Even their HR will also should and abuse you if you raise any concern regarding your project. People are robotic, no fun culture, 24*7 they only talk about work and trust me when I say that they literally have no single other word to talk about other than their work which is 18hours long speechs in meeting all the time every day. If you are sick and want off just get prepared for the torture. I have worked in Byjus. I used to think what could be worse? Well, Accenture maintained the above class.
