Pros
You get to work with smart and practical people, fortunately most Accenture people are not too arrogant. The flexibility of changing projects allow you to build up experience across diversified areas and giving you exposure to work with client's senior management.
Cons
If you get drawn into one of the mega huge projects in Accenture, it is difficult to move onto another project and your skillset becomes very niche. It is still tough to obtain a work life balance here.
