Pros
There are lots of opportunities and projects to work which gives the impression of infinite possibilities. There is also great infrastructure and processes such as knowledge exchange, portal, HR, recruiting, etc. Great people work there that want to work hard to see a result.
Cons
It is fairly easy to get stuck on a project or client. Promotions are still very time-based, queued instead of performance based. Salary compression is a problem. Becoming a public company ended a lot of the big parties and outings that rewarded employees for their hard work. They keep on trying to introduce new rewards that seem to fall flat.
