Cons
-When you finish a project and you get into Bench (it's like a holding area for resources who don't have a project yet and they can take training here to upskill), sometimes you don't get to choose your next project, it will depend on the demand. So they might ask you to take this training so that you will get this skill because this is the in-demand skill at the moment; some will like this, some will don't because they might not like the path they're going.
