Pros
Accenture offers great exposure to various clients and top management within that client. However, if you aren't prepared or willing/able to committ to the schedule and travel committments it will be difficult working here.
Cons
Some people might find this as a pro but there isn't much direction in way of your career. You have a career counselor and an HR Rep but you have no true manager that you report to on a day to day basis.
