Pros
- Only salary will be on time nothing else. No good work at all , even project managers are here confused how to utilize resource and busy in putting oil to their manager to keep their job safe. -They hire for particular project if that project not worked then they will ask to work which area you won't be dream even in bad days.
Cons
Accenture hire and fire policy is truth. It's a worst company I ever worked in my career. Better to join TCS, Cognizant, Infosys or even Wipro or HCL. Please don't join Accenture ever else you will be regretted.
