Pros
Variety of training, capabilities, and technologies. Lots of projects and good working experience and have different activities to balance work and life. Processes are well built and company maturity is great.
Cons
Poor career opportunity and little to no salary appraisal. Favoritism and politics on projects are visible. Having a culture where someone needs to be placed in the Performace Improvement Plan to redistribute performance bonuses to the favored ones. Health and Public Services projects do not have enough budget to promote at least 10% of the employees. Switching between capabilities or career is not possible their slogan that says "Your career, your journey" isn't true at all. HR doesn't have any power regarding complaints like career, salary, bullying, and counseling.
