Pros
Lots of interesting and cool people around the office. Good emphasis on wellness.
Cons
Too many. Some seriously questionable practices involving client tools and data, senior managers focus on easily manipulated metrics to present to clients as evidence of hard work and success. Promotion process is arbitrary and dependent on how many pints you drink with management. Rude and arrogant senior managers, refuse to engage with any idea that isn't a one stop solution, and will talk over you at town hall meetings when you raise an issue they don't want to address, in spite of their corporate blather. If you raise a genuine concern, they answer a question you never asked and consider the matter closed. Salaries are ridiculously low, recruiters lie about office facilities. Awkward shift work makes it difficult to have a life outside of work
