Pros
Benefits are amazing. We get more paid time off than anyone else I know. Starting pay isn't bad either.
Cons
You basically have to be a kiss ass to get anywhere. You have to organize the company picnic, run a fund raiser, and basically be as visible as possible to get promoted. Promotions are entirely based on who you know, and who knows you, rather than actual job performance. Raises are pretty bad too, most people only got around three percent last year.
