Pros
Accenture provides great flexibility to either work from home or client location , provided the employee should be capable of handling the tasks independently.
Cons
-Sometimes , the management is over sensitive about the project delivery timelines. which should not always be the case if quality of the deliverables is concerned. -> Also, the promotional decisions are taken by the managers are too driven with their personal relationships with the employees rather than credible professional performance by the employees.
