Pros
MNC culture, good exposure to work with onshore clients, good processes, transportation and best among all the mass recruiters , good onshore opportunity, free transportation , nice cafeteria and very nice work life balance
Cons
Very less or no leArning in projects, just doing good is not enough you need to show case it in front of the manager and TL, some times you feel that you are working with stupid Team leads but you cant do anything , you just have to accept their stupidity and carry on else your performance rating will suffer , so better not to react and keep buttering your TL and managers . Switch the company after 2 or 3 years , staying more than that would affect your future growth
