1) Too much pressure on consultants: lack of ressources / very short deadlines 2) No pay raise / ACN does not promote enough internally / too many people waiting for promotion 3) Management does not care about work-life balance / too much bullshitting from Management / Management does the exact opposite of what is communicated. 4) Lies, lies, lies, manipulations and politics.
