1. Full regional politics 2. HR is worst, nobody picks up the call. Never co-operative. 3. Everything depends on your manager, lick their foot and you are on top. 4. No hikes, promotions less. 5. Least opportunity. 6. If you are in a skill, you will never be able to change it or learn anything new in Accenture 7. Too much powers to DU leads and Managers, they can make or break your career. 8. Too many policies, always polished to fulfill their interests. 9. They will snatch away your variable, showing littlest of little reason that you can imagine. 10. Just boasts of Employee friendly company, it is all fake and hoax. 11. Worst if you are in Bench. 12. Worst cafeteria food. You get insects in your food many a times.
