Pros
Decent pay and honest expenses coverage. Good training available online.
Cons
Abysmal incompetence of the management. Both technically and in workforce relationship. No idea whatsoever of vision, strategy and respect. Avoid it like hell if you are experienced, they will be awfuly scared of you and try to put you aside and isolate you as quick as they can. The company, in spite of all the appearances, is run only through fear, and it's no more (and no less) than a huge body rental organization. And the vast majority of the bodies are rather incompetent. You will progress in your career only if you are within the "golden circle"--which means you have to turn off your brain.
