Cons
There's no way of growing and developing your career if you are not the bff of your manager or counselor. In Monterrey the management hires without a plan. To the extreme that a lot of folks were on the bench, and they fired 40 folks within the same week due lack of $ (while still recruiting up to 15 candidates per week).
