Cons
- You can be retooled - Projects may sunset. May be put into bench which creates uncertainty into being let go or pressured to exit - Low pay - Project-based may not be good for long term - Some managers think of employees as just cost - High workload - Favoritism between TL and Managers - Some biases in promotion and compensation - Not good for experienced hires and highly technical resources - Learned from bootcamp may not be the same with the actual project work depending on where you will be assigned
