Pros
Great professional experience, competitive salary, reasonable work hours, all expenses paid travel.
Cons
Sketchy management, back stabbing environment, managers only look out for themselves, upper level directors and executives most often do not have a clue what is happening in their own plant(s). Travel is expected if you are an engineer and the majority of 3Mers will do time at 3M headquarters in St. Paul MN at some point in their career. Need to be willing to relocate in order to survive at 3M.
