      good benefits and compensation. bonus plans. good retirement packages and savings plan. employee stock purchase plan. corporate stability. employee training and education programs.

      Cons

      The individual experience will vary by location and local management. Unfortunately, my personal experience was one that was impacted by individuals that lacked humanity.

      Cons

      The IT org is constantly going through layoffs. The work is going to managed service providers in India. The whole process is clown shoes. They are letting people go that have been here for 20+ years that have so much knowledge and expect to transfer it over to workers who are extremely siloed, who might not even be around in 6 months(the retention rate for this particular MSP is abysmal). These workers are not even dedicated to 3M, they have many other projects. I’m concerned for 3M’s IT future. Walking over dollars to pick up pennies
