Pros
the actual people i worked with were wonderful, so extremely helpful. the training was extensive, but i felt like i went in with a real idea of what i was doing instead of going in blind. the pay was decent, most of the management treated me fairly, i was surprised at how nice it was.
Cons
the actual work itself can soul-crushing if you aren’t careful. at the end of the day, it’s still a call center. i am also disabled and made the clear up front, but when i had a seizure on a call, one particularly bad management person made it out to be my fault. i really just don’t think i was cut out for the work at the end of the day.
