Pros

The hiring was quick, They offered remote vacancies, but little by little they were removing all the agents who were remote, staff turnover is very high

Cons

There is no guarantee of job stability nor real opportunities for growth. QA evaluations are supremely subjective, there is no logical guideline, it is just because “QA considers what.” There is no consideration for the workers and it is a constant threat for anything, the agents are disposable and the managers are not there to guide, they are simply there to take care of their own jobs.
