      One of the best things about working for 24-7 Intouch is the abundance of growth opportunities as well as the willingness of management to help, so long as you are willing to ask.

      Cons

      If you are not the best at working in a changing environment, where you are expected to work "as-if" you are in the role you desire, it can be a big change in pace.
